Aviana and Kyle chose to elope to Paris to provide their family with a chance to travel for the wedding because everyone deserves a romantic adventure at times. They exchanged vows at the Eiffel Tower with 14 guests. Here's their story.

MEET AVIANA AND KYLE
With their doggie, Roger
Aviana and Kyle, a fun-loving couple from Austin, Texas, are all about adventure and laughter.
They both share a passion for exploring the world, making every journey an unforgettable adventure. Their personalities are a blend of quirky, goofy, adventurous, loving, and caring traits, making them a match made in heaven. Since meeting in 2019, they've been inseparable. In 2021, their family grew with the adoption of Roger, their first doggie. Roger isn't just a pet, he's a cherished member of their little family, bringing joy, laughter, and an extra dose of love into their lives.
"We have traveled to many places and have had some of the best food, laughs, and views." - Aviana's words sparkled as she recounted their story.
Aviana and Kyle decided to elope because they always wanted to have a romantic wedding.
WHAT AVIANA AND KYLE WANTED
Aviana and Kyle envisioned their special day to be an intimate gathering, surrounded by a close circle of friends and family. Their dream was to blend their love for each other with their passion for travel, offering their nearest and dearest not just a wedding, but an unforgettable adventure.
"We want it to be an intimate gathering with a few close friends and family, while also giving them an opportunity to travel, which is our favorite thing to do!" - shared by Aviana.
OUR CHALLENGE
For the Do It Paris Way team, the challenge was to plan a ceremony for a larger number of guests.
PLANNING PROCESS
Working with Aviana and Kyle was a dream, they both are the sweetest people. It took us 1 year to plan the event. Here is how it went:
1. Aviana reached out a year before their wedding.
2. We discussed dates and package details.
3. The couple made a deposit and signed a contract.
4. We discussed the ceremony for 14 guests, the perfect location and how to stand during the ceremony.
5. Meanwhile, the couple shopped for outfits.
6. Aviana shared inspiration for her bouquet, hair, and makeup. Helene created two WhatsApp groups for planning and beauty discussions.
7. Helene and Tim prepared everything for their elopement.
8. Timeline was ready 2 days before the elopement based on the weather forecast.
And on April 20, 2023 the couple got married! It was a sunrise elopement, and the ceremony was scheduled for 7 AM.
AVIANA'S BRIDAL LOOK

Aviana found her dream wedding dress by Galia Lahav, a romantic and airy gown perfect for her traditional wedding. Inspired by her color palette of white, sage green, and terracotta, the dress was a perfect match for Aviana's personality.
"After trying on three dresses, it was the third that truly stole my heart, calling me back again and again. Sharing this moment with my best friend of 17 years and my loving mom made it all the more beautiful." - Aviana
Aviana booked our default makeup and hair artist Yana. They discussed the hair and makeup style via Whatsapp and Aviana decided to go with natural and elegant makeup and a romantic updo.

Aviana wanted to do a first look. First look coordination is easy when planned in advance. Groom takes Uber, while the bride travels with Tim.

A kiss to start their forever
EIFFEL TOWER CEREMONY
Finding a right spot for Aviana and Kyle's 14-guest elopement was important. Too big, and it'd lose its cozy vibe. Too small, and it'd feel crowded. The ideal place? Paris' River Seine, with an epic Eiffel Tower view. It was just right for their wedding. Perfect solution!
The ceremony was scheduled for 7 AM. The guests took taxi to get to the ceremony.
Aviana shared her tip for planning the ceremony with guests: "I would recommend guests try to taxi together to the elopement location as it helps reduce the chances of getting lost and for the officiant to easily spot the wedding party."
The ceremony was heartfelt, with the couple exchanging vows and rings, culminating in a joyful "You may kiss each other!" Everyone shed tears of happiness, marking a truly unforgettable moment.

After the ceremony, the couple celebrated with champagne.
Tim did a family photo shoot, capturing the warmth and joy of the moment. Aviana and Kyle helped us to coordinate the process.
Tim: "Family photos are extremely important. We schedule 10 to 20 minutes for them depending on the guest number."

PARIS PHOTOSHOOT
Aviana and Kyle chose four iconic spots in Paris for their photoshoot, each bringing its own special vibe.
Aviana shared her vision: "We are looking for a romantic photoshoot."

We were so lucky with a great light
Fashion bridal shots
We were so happy to take photos with Aviana and Kyle. It was a fun and stress free 3,5 hours of photos around Paris. After the Tuileries, we drove to their hotel. Aviana and Kyle went upstairs and felt a little tired but very excited. What a romantic day it was, they flew to Paris as two individuals and are now spending their first time together as a married couple.
RESTAURANT
For their wedding Dinner, Aviana and Kyle booked a restaurant called Laperouse. Laperouse is one of the oldest restaurants in Paris. Laperous has a unique vintage style and interiors. It's also famous for using fresh ingredients from nearby and for its talented chefs who create amazing dishes. From the first bite to the last, dining at Laperouse is a true taste of French culinary excellence.
